KB’s Week in Review: November 7-9
Monday:
Today we went to P.E. and music. In P.E. we played a game called “snowballs”. We began talking about the difference between books that are real and make believe. We sorted books and had to decide just by looking at it if it was real or make believe. In math we started practicing our number writing.
Tuesday:
Today we went to music and P.E. again. After our specials we went to a Veteran’s Day assembly and got to see the chorus sing. We read the story, Tacky the Penguin, and talked about real and make believe penguins. We even got to make a penguin! Our letter this week is P and our popcorn word is am.
Wednesday:
Today we went art and we made faces! We had math centers today and some of us got to go to Ms. Wulf’s and Mrs. Magnussen’s rooms. Thanks to the moms who helped out with math centers today! To finish our week of the letter P, we made a penguin puzzle. We are excited for you to meet with Mrs. Brown today and tomorrow so she can tell you how we are doing in school!
